Bradley Quester, President, Novo Energy Services LLC
Mr. Quester has spent his entire career in the energy industry. Brad's strengths lie in deciphering the complexities of the pricing desk, grid fundamentals, and power analytics.
His background includes roles at Freepoint Energy Solutions as President; at Guttman Energy as VP & Head of the Pricing Desk, Portfolio Management, and Retail Energy Structuring; and various roles at Direct Energy including Head of Gas, Head of Business Transformation Strategy, and Director of the US Power and Gas Pricing Desk.
Comprehending the broken dichotomy between supplier and brokers in the industry, Mr. Quester helped found Novo Energy Services LLC in order to fill a void in the energy market: a trusted energy adviser that serves all stages of the power cycle.
Billy signed on to help lead Novo Group after a long career on Wall Street and in Financial Services. Mr. Macaluso has served in all aspects of Sales and Trading. His background includes various leadership roles at Lehman Brothers, with three years based in Tokyo, Japan; at Fidelity Investments Capital Markets group in Boston where he started Fidelity Prime Services that facilitates Hedge Funds; Global Head of Prime Finance Sales at Citi Group; and Global Head of Broker Dealer relationships for the Investment Management group at BNY Mellon.
Graduating from Holy Cross with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Billy was a two-time captain of the Men’s Soccer Team and is the proud father of six children
Before joining Novo, Ms. Bibby enjoyed a successful career in Boston’s highly competitive radio advertising and sponsorship business. Beth has a keen ability to identify strategies for her clients that generate maximum exposure and cost effective results.
A proud graduate of the University of Maryland, her career in marketing began while she was attending school at College Park. Recruited as a student by Boston’s top grossing radio station, KISS 108, Ms. Bibby spent 25 years at the firm in various marketing and sales positions. As a Director at KISS, Beth developed the client-facing professionalism that she continues to demonstrate at Novo today. Ms. Bibby is a relationship driven business partner.
At Novo since the firm's outset, her background in sponsorships sales and marketing lent nicely to Novo Group’s core competencies. A resident of Massachusetts’ North Shore, Beth is a loving mother, paddleboarding enthusiast, participates in Babson Colleges mentoring program and relishes recruiting at local high school lacrosse games.
Hillary began her career differently than the others at Novo. Scouted out of high school to join Elite Model Management, she traveled the world for three-and-a-half years as part of the agency. After finishing her work with Elite and enrolling at the University of California, Santa Barbara, Ms. Somers moved to San Francisco to begin her career in business.
Leveraging her start in fashion at Elite, Hillary worked for various clothing and design companies in the Bay Area. Moving to New York City but remaining in wholesale fashion and home textiles, Ms. Somers was connected with the Novo team via a mutual corporate partnership in lifestyle branding. She continues to use her sales background to drive business development for Novo.
Nick joined Novo after graduating from the College of the Holy Cross in 2018 with a Bachelor's of Arts in Economics.
With a background in oil and gas hedging strategies, Mr. Lacasse focuses on commodity markets, infrastructure development, and renewable policy at NES.
He also spent time completing his degree abroad, studying financial institution at the London School of Economics in London, England and at University College Dublin in Dublin, Ireland.
